Usage
Put your material (yogurt-cream) into the cauldron
Add enough water not to exceed the paddle (breakwater) upper level of the cauldron.
IMPORTANT:: Material and water should be at room temperature (25°-30°C)
Start the machine by closing the cover.
NOTE: Always make sure that the cover is closed while your machine is running.
